Choose the Right Support Route
Use merchant support for account matters. A correction report should identify the exact claim and evidence.
For Koala billing, account access, refunds, or an integration problem, contact Koala support or use the official help center. Provide the relevant product, plan, and error description. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or private access keys.
For current purchase conditions, consult Koala pricing directly. A publication guide can explain how a condition affects a decision, but the merchant is the appropriate route for account-specific questions and service requests.
Report a Content Issue
No public editorial inbox is currently listed for this publication. The correction-report helper below lets you prepare a clear report to share with the publisher through an existing contact route. It does not submit a message or collect your details.
A useful correction identifies the exact page and statement, explains what appears wrong, and links to suitable supporting evidence. This is more actionable than a general request to update an article or a screenshot without context.
Prepare a Useful Correction Report
Include the article URL, quoted statement, proposed correction, source URL, and source date where relevant. Explain whether the issue concerns the price, billing period, feature tier, procedure, or another specific claim.
For a broken link, include the link text and destination. For a display issue, include the page, device width, and affected element. Keep reports factual and omit sensitive account information. The Editorial Policy explains how claims and corrections should be assessed.
